Teetime Payment Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for booking tee times using our internet booking facility.

Payment

=======

To book a tee time on-line please enter your credit or debit card details using our secure online payment process.

Your payment will be processed within 48 hours of your booking.

On arrival, please check in at the Pro Shop.

An email confirming your booking upon payment will be recieved.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering you unique ref number.

If you cancel your booking more than 72 hours before your date of play, you will receive a full refund to your credit/debit card - please contact the Club on 01780 753789 Option 1

If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours in advance, then no refund will be permitted.

Failure To Cancel Your Booking

If you fail to cancel your booking, or you choose not to play there will be no refund possible.

Course Closed

=============

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being

closed, your payment will be refunded in full - please contact the Club on 01780 753789 Option 1.

Booking Transferable

====================

The Booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable

to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend. 

However, you will need to email us with the names and contact details.

Handicaps

=========

This facility is only available to golfers who have a handicap of 28 or less (men) or 36 or less (ladies).

We reserve the right to ask for your handicap certificate or CDH number to enable us to check online.

Code of Conduct
=========

We draw your attention to our Club Code of Conduct, please read this document prior to your visit. 

We would appreciate it if you ensure your full compliance with this code which is based on mutual respect for other golfers. 

We reserve the right to remove access to our Club / Course for any incidents cases which are not compliant with the Code.
