<p>Weekend competitions can be booked online within a 2 week window prior to competition, all entry fees will be deducted from members cards at time of entry. Roll ups require check in at the pro shop using member card and associated pin number. Sign in at Pro Shop and collect scorecard. Obtain your current Handicap Index from the IG database. Consult the chart located at the first tee, to calculate your playing handicap and strokes received. Marker to prepare scorecard, to include name of competition; date; tee; player's name; player's handicap and strokes received; marker's name. Marker and player should agree the scores recorded. Player should enter his/her scores via the IG App or the touchscreen located in the Spike Bar. If score entry cannot be achieved due to technical reasons, this should be recorded on the scorecard and the competitions organiser will adjust accordingly. Marker should sign the card and place in the box located in the Spike Bar These entry methods are the only ones that will be acceptable to the competitions committee. Any cards not entered by the above method or lacking the requisite information, will be disqualified from the competition. We will endeavour to close competitions on the day for handicapping purposes however the competition will not be ratified until 3 days later to allow quarantining of the scorecards. Prize distribution will take place after this time. Meanwhile, the information will be recorded by IG and used for calculation of your new Handicap Index. Should you make a booking but cannot subsequently play, you must contact the designated Competition Organiser or a Competitions Committee Member if the Organiser is not available.</p>
