Summer Ball - Pm Clubhouse 30th August


 

JW to provide a seating Plan & table nos  SH to provide a table plan for guest on the board and an A5 menu printed on quality white card for each table

JW to Provide Pre order wine slips  & slips for ordering wine  on the night and supply  a table plan with table nos for behind the bar 

SH to put wine tab on the till all party wine £18.00 per bottle (on till)

Sheila  to bring in table cloths for me to look at to confirm size we need to hire

Also need to hire cloths for 2 large service tables

Sheila to hire in 140 white & 140 Red wine glasses good quality fine glassware

SH to check we have the correct no of table settings, crockery & cutlery for 140 settings

We need 2 x wine coolers per table i.e 26

2 bottles of water per table plus additional ready to replenish as required

SH to investigate Menu holders and advise asap.

 

Set up

 

The Terrace to be cleared of all furniture.  2 trestle tables plus 4 small square tables outside all with white table cloths. (Drinks reception will be on dance floor if inclement weather)

 

All furniture tables, bucket chairs & sofas to be removed.

 

Tables to be set up on carpeted area. JW to confirm table layout.

SH to confirm we have the required no of chairs & tables ( at the moment 2 x 12 (2 small tables butted up), 7 x 10 and 4 x 8)

 

 

Staff

JW to confirm  of waiters required asap

Staff to be advised  re dress code requirements. Black shirt, smart black trousers/skirt no bare legs, hair tied back, no coloured nail polish.

 

Lisa  to come into club to meet with Sheila and Sam

 

JW to confirm which logo etc required for photographers cards
